Shipping

We will ship the item 1 business day after your payment clears.

I send a product by FedEx or DHL.
I will choose the company with the lower shipping cost.
If the customer specifies the shipping company, a separate fee may apply.

I attach the tracking number.
Please bid it without worrying.

Shipping is only available to the address registered in ebay.
Please note that any address not registered in ebay is not acceptable to ship.
Shipping is available from Monday to Friday.
Weekends are not available because post office and FedEx are closed.

International Buyers - Please Note:

**To U.S. Buyers**
Duties and customs clearance fees are included in the shipping cost.
(Please note that VAT and state taxes are not included, as they are charged by eBay at the time of purchase.)

**To Other Country Buyers**
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
If the buyer does not pay the customs duty and the courier's storage period expires and the goods are returned to the seller, the buyer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Policy

Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us.

All returned items must be in their original condition.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of item.
To avoid any problems, please contact me first before sending the item back.

If the items you received have external damage that was not seen in the items photos, please do not throw away all of the packing materials for the items and keep them on hand.
They are necessary for the courier's postal accident investigation.
In the event of a postal accident, the responsibility for them belongs to the seller, but if the buyer does not accept the courier's investigation of the accident, the responsibility belongs to the buyer.

If there is an anomaly not described in the item description, it is the Seller's responsibility and we will accept the return.
We do not offer partial refunds for repairs.
This is because we have been warned by eBay that there have been many fraudulent attempts to obtain partial refunds.
Do not disassemble the merchandise, even if it is to check for anomalies.
Disassembled merchandise cannot be returned.


I will pay for the postage if there is a problem with the item.
If the item is returned for buyer's reasons, such as not liking the item, the buyer will pay the shipping costs.
If the item is returned for a reason that the item is defective and as a result the buyer simply did not know how to operate the item and there was nothing wrong with the item, the buyer will pay the shipping costs.
Please note that this is a problem that occurs with many returned items.
